Getting Started
Simply visit our website, pick your bread, select the subscription option, choose your delivery frequency, enter your delivery address, and complete the checkout.
Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with all your subscription details.
There are two plans for 4 and 8 deliveries.
Managing Your Subscription
Once you place an order for a subscription, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a “Manage My Subscription” button.
Using this link, you can easily:
- Pause your deliveries
- Resume a paused subscription
- Reschedule your next delivery
If you’re unable to access the link or need any help, feel free to reach out to us, we’ll be happy to assist.
Yes, you can pause your subscription anytime. Simply use the “Manage My Subscription” link in your confirmation email, select Pause, and choose how long you’d like to skip deliveries. Your subscription will resume automatically after that.
At the moment, products can’t be changed directly within an active subscription.
If you’d like to switch to a different product, please write to us and we’ll get back to you with the next steps.
Simply click the “Manage My Subscription” link in your email and select Resume. You’ll be asked to choose a date to resume, and your subscription will restart accordingly with deliveries scheduled from that date.
Address changes may be possible depending on serviceability. Please reach out to us with your updated address, and we’ll check and guide you on the next steps.
Yes, you can reschedule your delivery. However, this must be done before 8 PM on the day prior to dispatch, as our baking schedules are planned in advance.

Delivery
Your delivery schedule is set based on the frequency/dates you choose at the time of subscription. Delivery slots depend on the serviceability for your location and will be confirmed in your order confirmation email.
Our delivery partners will follow the instructions provided at checkout (e.g. leave at the door or with a neighbour). They may also reach out to you for alternate instructions, so please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery to avoid wastage or returns.
We currently deliver to select areas. Please enter your pincode during checkout to check availability.
We're expanding our delivery zones regularly if we don't cover your area yet, do check back soon!
We try our best to ensure all deliveries are completed on time without delays. However, in case there is any issue, please reach out to us at hello@suchalisartisanbakehouse.com or call us at 8929055045 between 9 AM and 6 PM, Monday to Sunday. We’ll look into it and make it right as quickly as possible.
Billing & Payments
Since your subscription is billed in advance at the time of placing the order, the price will remain the same for your ongoing subscription, even if there is a price change later.
Your subscription is billed in advance for all installments based on the plan you choose (e.g. 4 or 8 deliveries). You’ll receive an invoice by email after the payment is processed.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, and net banking through our secure payment gateway.
If there's an issue with your order such as incorrect, damaged, or missing items please contact us within 24 hours of your delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations made before the next billing cycle will not be charged further. Refunds for already-billed cycles are subject to our refund policy.
About the Bread
Absolutely. Every loaf is baked fresh on the day of your delivery. That's the whole point of Suchali's no preservatives, no shortcuts, just real artisan bread made with love.
For best results:
- Store in a cool, dry, and hygienic place away from direct sunlight.
- Once opened, keep the bread in an airtight container under refrigerated conditions.
- For longer storage, we recommend slicing and freezing the bread, then toasting directly from frozen when needed.
All our breads are made in a bakery that handles wheat, gluten, seeds, and dairy. Specific allergen information is listed on each product page.
If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before subscribing, we’ll be happy to share more information on the ingredients used. We’d also recommend checking with your physician to ensure it’s suitable for you.
All our breads are primarily vegetarian. However, some loaves include ingredients like cheddar cheese. Vegan options are clearly labelled on the product page, please check the product description for specific details before subscribing or feel free to reach out to us.
