Our sourdough breads are naturally leavened and made without using commercial yeast. Our 100% Whole Wheat Sourdough is an artisan bread made using only 100% whole wheat flour. This dense and whole grain loaf has a deep nutty, earthy flavour and tastes slightly sourer than our other sourdough bread, perfect for that one wholesome meal.

INGREDIENTS: Whole Wheat Flour (Atta), Water, Salt, Wheat Gluten.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Store in a cool, dry and hygienic place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, store in an airtight container under refrigerated conditions.
